What are your hours?
8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we do. We have 60 and 80 pound machines that are big enough for bulky comforters
Are you attended?
There is an attendant on hand between 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines only take coins.
How do I know which machine to use and how do I use it?
We are a fully attended laundromat, which means that there is always someone on hand if you have a question. Our attendants will gladly give you advice on how and what machines to use.
Is there anything special about your washing machines?
Yes! Our machines extract 99% of rinse water using 450g force during the spin cycle. This means your clothes will dry faster with less water retained in them. The average time for a drying cycle is 18 minutes.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your wash and fold at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium brand products and organic Free & Clear options.
How much does wash and fold cost?
It is $1.99/lb. for regular service. Same day turnaround is 2.24/lb. and must be dropped off by 2:00 p.m.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $29.85 minimum.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
With our industrial machines your laundry will be washed, dried and folded by the next day. Some extra large loads may take a bit longer.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Friday
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
24 hours unless your pickup is on Friday, then your laundry will be returned to you on Monday
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a $45 minimum order.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
$1.89/lb. if you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. $1.99/lb. if you use our service as needed.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
We ask for your credit card or debit card when you place the order. You card will not be charged until your order has been weighed and completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I have contactless pickup?
Absolutely. Our driver will text you when they are on their way. You can leave your laundry on the front porch for the driver to pickup.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
